The initial consultation is an informal meeting to establish your needs.
This will consist of a medical questionnaire, Weight analysis and Health
and fitness goals.
Wedding package
When the big day arrives there is no doubt that looking your best will make
the whole occasion that little bit more special. Whether you’re a
bride, mother-of-the-bride or bridesmaid wanting to get in shape quickly
for a wedding, then fitness beyond will provide a program that is perfect
for you. We will design a eating plan and exercise program that is safe,
effective and specifically tailored to get you in the best possible shape
for that special day.
Nutrition plan
Nutrition Advice will be available after an initial consultation. Diet sheets
can be developed for clients. They will take into account relevant habits
and lifestyle and goals to achieve.
Block Bookings (10 and 20hrs)
If you are looking for a body transformation, then regular weekly sessions
are recommended.
30-Minute Cardio Sessions
Techniques that will Keep you burning fat, even after your session has ended.
Absession
This session is a high-rep, high-volume, highly effective approach to ab
training.
Top-up Training Sessions
These sessions are for the self-motivated individual who may just need a
little guidance from time to time! This option is great if you have occasional
lapses in motivation, or need some fresh techniques to incorporate into
your exercise program.
Partner Training
If you and a friend have similar goals then why not share the costs of having
your own trainer take you both through a challenging, fast-moving exercise
program that will strengthen your body, burn calories, and get you moving
towards your goals.
Holiday Sprint
Going on holiday? then you definitley want to be looking and feeling your
best on the beach. The Holiday Sprint program is an INTENSIVE Course of
nutrition and exercise designed for those last minute panics on the run-up
to your holiday.
