TRAINING TIPS: Triceps

In order for your arms to grow you have to work all 3 heads of your triceps.

Although the name should give it away (tris) not everyone realises that the muscle is made up of 3 heads. Not all heads are targeted when performing something like your standard cable push down exercise, they can however all be targeted with the right exercises.

Here we have listed a bunch of exercises that you can try and that will work all 3 triceps heads 💪

long head 
- Skull crushers 
- DB extensions 

Lateral head 
- Cable push downs 
- Dips 

Medial head 
- Close grip bench press
- Reverse cable push downs
