Steve felt he wasn’t making much progress in the gym and was becoming frustrated with his lack of motivation. After our initial meeting we introduced Steve to some fat burning workouts and advised him on improving on his existing eating habits.
Since Steve has been working with fitness beyond he has lost exactly 3 stones on the scales!! On top of his weight loss he has also reduced his stomach by just under 9 inches. Great effort.
Steve's fitness levels have also improved big time, he now enjoys regular games of 5-aside football which he was struggling with in the past, and has also seen a good improvement in his chosen sport of golf!
