A year had passed since completing my first program and I found that bad habits slowly crept back into my life leading to me falling out of shape.

The main reason behind this was that i had never looked beyond my holiday target. I came to realise that short term diets/programs dont last, and if I wanted to sustain these results I would have to adjust my lifestyle.

For the past few years I have managed to maintain and continually improve on the success of my 2nd transformation and through the result of regular goal setting and a balanced lifestyle I was a finalist in the 2003 Menshealth magazine cover model competition.
