Sarah started the year off working towards a holiday target. After her initial 6 week goal she lost a fantastic 9 pounds whilst reducing her stomach by just under 3 inches.
After her holiday we set out a new plan to improve her muscle tone, which involved her keeping her calories high, eating every few hours and working more on resistance exercises inplace of cardio work.
Since then sarah has managed to dramatically change her body shape. She has only lost another 2 pounds in the last 3 months but as she has dropped her bodyfat she has increased her muscle mass which has balanced her weight out on the scales making a healthy reduction.
