Paul contacted fitness beyond at the start of the year looking for some guidance. His goals were split in to two phases: a) improve on his current eating and lifting technique and b) help him shed some body fat for a holiday target.
Paul has several years of experience training by himself and in that time he built a good foundation but he felt he just needed a fresh approach to help him achieve his goals!
During the time we worked together paul has really pushed himself in the gym - increasing his muscle mass, and the changes he has made to his eating have helped him - drop his body fat, leading to a great end result!
